If you have any frequently asked questions regarding our cancellation policy at Terako Downs, please note that if cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival, no fee will be charged. However, if cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% will be charged. We also want to remind our guests that we are pet friendly, making your stay even more enjoyable.
